Create a copy of an existing sermon with a new title and calendar date (date, yyyy-MM-dd). The copy keeps the original's content (speaker, series, tags, summary, notes, transcript, and Bible passages) but starts unpublished, its publish date set to midnight of that date in the church's time zone. Returns the id and title of the new sermon.
