Delete connection types

Bulk delete connection types. The query filters are the same as for searching types and select the candidate set; the body picks the types within it. Provide ids, or explicitly set include to false to delete every type matching the filters (and every type outright when no filters are given); an empty body is rejected. Types in use by one or more connections are skipped.
