Bulk delete workflows, along with their entries, assignments, logs and history. The query filters are the same as for searching workflows and select the candidate set; the body picks the workflows within it. Provide ids, or explicitly set include to false to delete every workflow matching the filters (and every workflow outright when no filters are given); an empty body is rejected.
