Assign people to serving positions in bulk. Each entry assigns a person to a position on one of the plan's teams; when time is given only that service time is added to the person's schedule, otherwise every time the team serves at is. Position needs are created (or their quantity raised) as required, and archived people are automatically unarchived. Returns 400 when a person has a block-out date on one of the times.
